1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY USING AND/OR VISITING THIS APPLICATION (collectively, including all Content available through the VIG TV application name, the "VIG TV App", or "Application"), YOU SIGNIFY YOUR ASSENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
If you do not agree to any of these terms, then please do not use the VIG-TV application.

2. VIG TV Application

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the VIG TV Application. The VIG TV Application may contain links to third party video streams. VIG TV assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party video streams. In addition, VIG TV Application will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using the Application, you expressly relieve VIG TV from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party video streams.

VIG TV Application hereby grants you permission to use the Application, provided that:
(i) your use of the Application as permitted is solely for your personal, noncommercial use; (ii) you will not copy or distribute any part of the Application in any medium without VIG TV's prior written authorization; (iii) you will not alter or modify any part of the Application other than as may be reasonably necessary to use the VIG TV Application for its intended purpose; and (iv) you will otherwise comply with the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service.

4. Intellectual property rights

All content posted on or otherwise accessible through this VIG TV Application is copyrighted. The content posted on this app and the copyright in the content is owned or controlled by VIG TV or their content providers. Any use, reproduction, broadcast, translation, publication or retransmission of the content, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without the prior written permission.
The names of channels, companies and logos mentioned may or may not be registered trademarks by their respective owners and protected accordingly, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under Canadian & foreign laws and international conventions. At all times, VIG TV Application does not copy, record or distribute any protected TV streams or licensed content.
You agree to not engage in the use, copying, or distribution of any of the Content other than expressly permitted herein, including any use, copying, or distribution of User Submissions of third parties obtained through the Application for any commercial purposes.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

VIG TV Application and all content is provided "as is" and use of the application and content is entirely at your own risk. VIG TV makes no representations or warranties regarding the application and content, including accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or timeliness, and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the absence of viruses or secure communications.

6. Limitation of liability

We are (as VIG TV and its officers, directors, employees, or agents, licensors or their respective successors and assigns) not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from errors, personal injury, property damage, interruption of transmission, viruses, bugs, or loss or damage of any kind incurred from using the VIG TV Application or linked content. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law, and accessing linked content is at your own risk.

7. Indemnity

By using VIG TV App, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the company and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims or damages arising from their use of the site or violation of the terms of service, third-party rights, or damage caused by user submissions. This obligation will remain even after the termination of these Terms of Service.

8. Third-party content & External links

The App provides access to a variety of movies and TV shows. It contains links to third-party websites or any other services that are not owned or controlled by VIGtv. So we're not responsible for the content of those streams. VIG TV does not make any representation or warranty about the legality, accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, suitability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on those third-party video streams.
VIG TV encourages links to the video streams, but does not wish to be linked TO or FROM any third-party video streams that contain unlawful or harmful content. We reserve the right to ban or unlink video streams containing such content at any time.

9. Users & Personal Accounts

To use certain services, users may need to create an account and must ensure a strong password and limit its use to that account. The company is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the user's failure to follow this guideline.

By using our service, you consent to our privacy policy.
VIGtv does use cookies to store information about visitors preferences, record user-specific information on which pages the user access or visit, customize Web page content based on visitors browser type or other information that the visitor sends via their browser.
